The most treasured award a Ford dealership can now receive is the President's Award, an honor based on customer-satisfaction surveys sent directly by the factory to Ford Lincoln Mercury buyers. Only a few hundred of 4,000+ Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealerships win this award each year. Bowen Scarff Ford is the only volume Ford dealership in the Northwest to have won the President's Award fourteen times and one of just a couple dozen nationwide to have won as many.
